Works with Brevo

Email verification for Brevo

Find the addresses that bounce before you send. Mailcut checks syntax, domain, mail server, disposable providers and the mailbox itself, without sending a message.

  • No plugin to install

How every integration works

  1. In Brevo open Contacts, select your list and choose Export. Download the CSV.
  2. Upload the CSV to the bulk verifier and pick the email column.
  3. Download the results: valid, invalid and risky files.
  4. Back in Contacts choose Import and upload the invalid file, marking those contacts as blocklisted.
  5. Import the risky file into a separate list and send to it in small batches first.

A tip: Keep the original export in case you need to compare it with the verified file.

What the results mean

ValidThe mailbox exists. Send.
InvalidThe address cannot receive mail. Remove it.
RiskyAccepts mail but cannot be confirmed, for example a catch-all domain. Send in small batches and watch bounces.
UnknownThe server did not answer. Retry later.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a Brevo integration?

No, nothing to install. You export, verify and import.

Why blocklist instead of delete?

Blocklisting stops sending and keeps the record, so the address is not re-imported by mistake.

How often should I clean a list?

Before each large campaign.
