Email verification for WooCommerce

Find the addresses that bounce before you send. Mailcut checks syntax, domain, mail server, disposable providers and the mailbox itself, without sending a message.

  • Free credits to start
  • No plugin to install

How every integration works

  1. In WordPress open WooCommerce, then Customers, and download the list as a CSV.
  2. Upload the CSV to the bulk verifier and pick the email column.
  3. Download the results: valid, invalid and risky files.
  4. Remove the invalid addresses from your newsletter plugin or mailing tool, or mark them as unsubscribed.
  5. Send to the risky file in small batches first and watch the bounces.

A tip: The customer list in WooCommerce only holds shoppers. Verify your newsletter subscribers the same way.

What the results mean

ValidThe mailbox exists. Send.
InvalidThe address cannot receive mail. Remove it.
RiskyAccepts mail but cannot be confirmed, for example a catch-all domain. Send in small batches and watch bounces.
UnknownThe server did not answer. Retry later.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a WooCommerce plugin?

No, nothing to install. You download, verify and import.

Does this work for guest checkouts?

Yes. Any customer list with an email column can be verified.

Should I delete the invalid customers?

Not from WooCommerce. Keep the order history and only stop sending to them.
