Mailcut processes email addresses on behalf of its customers. For the addresses a customer uploads or checks, the customer is the controller and Mailcut is the processor.
What we process
The email addresses you submit, the results we produce for them, and the account data needed to run your account (email, name, language, usage and payment references).
Why and how long
Addresses are processed only to return your verification results. Uploaded lists and result files are kept for a limited time so you can download them and are then removed. Account data is kept while your account is open and as long as the law requires for payment records.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your account data, and you can delete your uploaded files in the panel at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.
Sub-processors
Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Transactional email is sent through SendGrid. Servers are hosted with DigitalOcean.
